(DESCRIPTION) Workshop. (SPEECH) ALEX: Hello, welcome to the shop. I'm Alex, aka the guy for all your metal working questions. Today, I'm looking at the new Scotch-Brite Clean and Strip XT Pro Discs. (DESCRIPTION) Gloved hands. (SPEECH) Jim from Pittsburgh loves his wire cut wheel. It isn't sure Scotch-Brite will work. He writes, "My wire brush is the best at paint removal. Nothing else will work as well." I'm pretty loyal to my tools too, but sometimes when I work with a wire brush, I get nailed with rogue wires. So I think it's worth seeing if Jim's concerns are fact or fiction. I have two metal pieces here. On one, I'm using a wire brush, on the other, the Scotch-Brite XT Pro. (DESCRIPTION) Sanding paint. (SPEECH) You can see Scotch-Brite gets right to it, hugging the curve, hitting all the paint, fast, too. Look at that. We got a fiction.
