How to wear
1. Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabilizer. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable.

2. Pull the left foot strap up and over top of the foot, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of the ankle stabilizer.

3. Follow the same directions for the right foot strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable.
