    1. Easy-Pulling Installation Core
    The easier-unwinding, smoothedged yellow core provides for an installation of the splice with less effort.

    2. Efficient Rejacketing
    The 3M Cold Shrink QS4 Splice’s integrated rejacketing eliminates additional core and reduces the overall parking space required during installation. Easy sliders eliminate grease and provide a smooth install.

    3. Customizable Grounding
    Configurations of the splice come with a factory-installed ground braid that can be customized for specific application needs or work practices, helping reduce field preparation time.

    4. Smooth-Edged Shielding
    The smooth-edged shield sock means virtually no fraying or sharp edges to deal with during installation.

    Additional Features
    The sock is short circuit tested for 10 cycles at 40kA.

    The sock is equivalent to a 1/6 neutral on a 1000 kcmil cable or a 1/3 neutral on a 750 kcmil cable.
