AT&T has recently approved and issued CEQ numbers for 3M™ PIM Reduction Kit 1300 and 3M™ External PIM Absorber 1000. These products are intended to mitigate conducted external PIM, which is not affected by traditional shielding methods. Easy to install and no downtime required, the 3M materials do not interfere with antenna brackets and PIM hunting is not required. Just peel-and-stick at the locations specified, that’s it!

What does the 3M™ PIM Reduction Kit 1300 contain?
The 3M™ PIM Reduction Kit 1300 (CEQ.57050) is designed to contain all the materials needed to mitigate conducted external PIM (which is not affected by traditional shielding methods) at one typical site. It includes:
- 64 strips of 3M™ External PIM Absorber 1000
- 5 rolls of Scotch® Linerless Rubber Splicing Tape 130C
- 60 “Do Not Remove” labels
If your site needs additional absorbers, 3M™ External PIM Absorber 1000 (CEQ.57049) contains a 32 strip packet.
