Bubble Free Flexographic Plate Mounting 3M™ Cushion-Mount™ Plus Plate Mounting Tape B1320 features the air-release plate-side technology of the 3M™ Comply™ Adhesive System for easy application with virtually no air bubbles and more consistent print quality. This 0.51 mm double coated medium soft density yellow foam tape is ideal for high quality medium soft combination print and securely bonds the flexographic photopolymer plate to the print sleeve or steel cylinder to prevent plate edge lifting during printing. This flexographic plate mounting tape has no reinforcement layer so it can expand and contract on thin-walled sleeves, which also helps decrease air bubbles. 3M™ Cushion-Mount™ Plus Plate Mounting Tape B1320 is constructed with engineered acrylic adhesives for 20 mil applications. The adhesive on the linered (plate) side of the tape is designed for mounting photopolymer plates. The adhesive on the non-linered (sleeve/cylinder) side is designed for mounting to flexographic printing cylinders or sleeves.
