Prepare surfaces ready for priming and painting with 3M™ Electric Paint Preparation Kit. Our high-performance kit comes with everything you need to efficiently and safely sand bodywork as the first step in the painting process. It features a Festool Automotive Systems Eccentric Sander ETS EC 150/5, Festool Automotive Systems Suction Hose Plug-it D 27/22 Antistatic Smooth and 3M™ Cubitron™ II Hookit™ Clean Sanding Abrasive Discs 737U. The Festool Eccentric Sander provides a high-quality surface finish with a 5 mm fine sanding stroke. The compact design and 1.2 kg weight provide ideal ergonomic working conditions while the EC technology and sanding pad break means it has a long service life. It has a stepless speed preselection and a constant speed, even under load. Safely remove dust and other extracted materials from the application with the Festool suction hose. This static safe hose is temperature resistant up to 70 °C and has a rotating adapter and reducing sleeve with a bayonet fitting. Get superior paint removal before blending or priming with the included sanding discs. With Precision Shaped Grain technology and a multi-hole pattern, they offer excellent dust extraction and an increased usable lifetime. Backed with unique 3M™ Hookit™ hook-and-loop technology, they can be quickly removed and firmly re-attached for easy change-out. This kit combines intuitiveness and safety to protect users. The suction hose provides static-safe suction while the sander comes with a Vibration Control System that automatically detects when vibrations are too high, reducing the operating performance.
