1. Oporo položite čez koleno, z gladko stranjo ob kožo in z enim trakom na zunanji strani noge. Luknjo položite čez pogačico. Med držanjem bandaže na mestu ovijte sredinski trak pod kolenom in pritrdite trak z ježkom.
