Multi-surface Sanding Performance
3M Xtract™ Net Discs perform well on a variety of substrates and come in a range of grades. Coarser grades are ideal for tougher surfaces, leveling fillers and putties, difficult coating removal. And for final finishes or softer substrates such as wood and paint, finer grades are great for those and other less aggressive applications.
How it Works
The open-weave net structure means that every dust particle is near a dust extraction
hole.
As you sand, any dust produced is easily pulled through the surface of the net disc
into the fitted back-up pad, continuously exiting through the vacuum exhaust.
Whether you've chosen to attach the tool to a filter bag or dust extraction unit, you'll have little to no additional cleaning to do after the job is done.
