FAQ - Managing returns

    1. Products can be returned within 30-days from the date the product was received
    2. All returned items must be in original, clean and resalable condition, and contain the original packaging and intact UPC codes, if applicable
    3. Not Eligible for Returns: Items that have been used, altered, or otherwise made non-resalable, Custom-made products, Items whose packaging has been altered or custom labeled, Any item that has been obsoleted, has an expired shelf life or is not a current product available from our Distributors, Partial cases (the full case must be returned)
    4. Returns cannot be done instore
    5. Restocking or handling fees will not be applied
    6. The Distributor will provide a pre-paid shipping label via the original carrier used in the shipment to the end user customer if it is determined the return is due to the fault of the Distributor. If the end user customer changes their mind and wants to return, they will pay the shipping cost to send the item(s) back.
    7. In the event of a partial return, where an order qualified for a free or reduced shipping promotion, the shipping costs for the original order will not be recalculated
    8. If the item is defective, the Customer should create an incident via the Marketplace and select “defective product”.

  • Your refund will go back on the original payment method
  • Yes. You will need to click on the link located in your order confirmation email to get to the Marketplace login page. Enter your email address and the order number to get to the Order Details page. Click on Initiate Incident/Return and follow the instructions.

  • Shipping charges are not refunded unless it is due to an issue created by the Distributor
  • The item will need to be returned and a new order placed
