3M internal inspections have indicated performance issues with the 3M™ PELTOR™ HearPlugs Listen-Only Earpiece, and 3M Company has decided to initiate a voluntary recall on the HearPlugs product manufactured between November 2011 to July 2015. Affected model numbers of the 3M™ PELTOR™ HearPlugs Listen-Only Earpiece include HTM06; HTM06-01; HTM06-02; HTM07; HTM07-01; HTM07-02; and HTM08. No other 3M™ PELTOR™ Brand products are affected by this recall.
