3M™ Biosorb™ Gelling Fibre Dressing is a soft, conformable non-woven dressing made from sodium carboxymethylcellulose and strengthening cellulose fibres.
It combines conformability1 with high absorbency and minimal shrinkage when in contact with exudate. It also retains its integrity to support intact removal.

Suggested applications
- Intended for use in the management of moderate to heavily exuding acute or chronic wounds including: venous leg ulcers, pressure ulcers (stage II to IV), diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds (e.g. post-operative; wounds left to heal by secondary intention; and donor sites), partial thickness burns, traumatic wounds (e.g. abrasions and lacerations), oncology wounds
