How to Wear
1. Place the base strap below your kneecap, directly over the patella tendon.
2. Feed the end of the strap through the eyelet and secure both ends to a comfortably snug fit.
3. Adjust strap to apply additional tension over the tendon; readjust as necessary. DO NOT overtighten.
