3M™ Secondary Release Liner 5002 is a clear polyester film (PET) with a silicone release coating on one side. 3M engineered this secondary release liner for rotary die cutting and laser converting. The PET film provides high tensile strength and toughness to resist breakage and tear-outs during automated processing. It is ideal for use with firm acrylic adhesives.

Well-Suited for Firm Acrylic Adhesives
We engineered 3M™ Secondary Release Liner 5002 as a clear polyester film (PET) with a silicone release coating on one side. The 2.0 mil PET film liner is designed for rotary die cutting and laser converting. This secondary liner is designed to provide high strength that resists breakage during die-cutting and automated processing.
