The 3M™ Under Sink Dedicated Faucet Water Filtration System 3MDW301 was designed for easy replacement. The system head is equipped with a built-in shut-off valve allowing for each changeout of the Sanitary Quick Change (SQC) filters without shutting off the water supply. The universal system can be used on both municipal (chlorine or chloramine disinfected) and well water (non-chlorinated or disinfected) water systems. 3M recommends regularly replacing the water filter cartridge every 12-months. If the rated gallon capacity is reached, there is a noticeable reduction in flow rate, or there is a change in odor or taste, then replace the filter promptly.

For under sink installation, you will need to install the dedicated faucet through an existing hole in the countertop or you will need to drill a new hole. The product is available for purchase with or without a faucet (customer chooses and purchases faucet separately).
