The 3M™ Speedglas™ Welding Helmet 9100 QR is a replaceable spare part for use if the original welding helmet is in need of replacement.
For eye, face and head protection with a welding visor that can be detached for non-welding jobs while your safety helmet stays in place, get 3M™ Speedglas™ Welding Helmet 9100 QR Series. The included 3M™ Safety Helmet H-701 is comfortable, tough and lightweight, with a low profile for balance and stability. The short brim provides better upwards visibility. A range of accessories including integrated safety spectacles and six-point suspension strap are available to purchase separately. As you attach and detach the welding visor, you don’t have to remove your safety helmet – so your head is protected at all times. The side windows (shade 5) can help widen your field of vision when wearing in the down position and exhaled air is channelled out via the helmets side vents which may reduce the likelihood of a foggy welding filter. 3M™ Speedglas™ Welding Filter Series 9100 continues our tradition of outstanding optical quality, including uniform shading and minimal distortion across the entire filter viewing area. The welding filter 9100XXi has seven variable dark shades (5, 8 and 9-13) for most types of arc welding, a viewing area of 73 mm x 107 mm and is made for the professional welder. The special 9100XXi silver front panel houses external controls, enabling fast and easy access to the grinding and memory modes. 3M™ Speedglas™ Natural Colour Technology gives you high contrast and more natural-looking colours. Delay function sets the welding filter dark-to-light opening time, and it’s possible to lock-in any shade, e.g. in light state 3 when grinding. It has a switching time (light-dark) of 0.1 ms, and the sensitivity of the arc detection can be adjusted for reliable switching.
