Zeta Plus™ S series media are advanced depth filter media designed to provide optimal clarification of food and beverage fluids. Zeta Plus S series filter medium is composed of inorganic filter aid, cellulose and a resin system that imparts a positive charge to the filter matrix, aiding its adsorption of negatively charged contaminants.


Charged modified depth filtration goes beyond conventional methods of mechanical entrapment for improved particle containment. The Zeta Plus™ S Series Filter Sheet is offered in a range of grades to enable a balance of capture efficiency and throughput for a given application. Since most suspended particles have a negative charge, we've created a filter with a positive charge modification to attract and trap small particles — even microscopic ones.
