They are easy to install because they don't require any special tools, and they adapt to a wide variety of cable sizes. These 1-piece, cold-shrink cable joints have a flexible design that fits various shielding and cable re-jacketing systems, including cold shrink, heat shrink and resin-filled enclosure metal housing jacket styles, which are all included in the kit. Connectors for round compacted or round segmented cable are also available. The joint body is made from a semi-conductive material with high-quality insulation for excellent protection. The insulation has been crafted at the ideal thickness and interface length to give you great reliability.
