FUTURO™ Custom Pressure Elbow Strap is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from no instructions on site I had not worn this in years as the pain had stopped but now that I need it again I don't know how to wear it with the dial. I am guessing but it hurts. The area above where it says view all details is empty unlike the one without the dial. I can't wear it as I am afraid if it is in the wrong place I can do more harm.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Directions are Horrible The only directions that came with my brace were a few pictures on the back of the box. I had to search the internet for a few ideas of how to wear this. When I get to this site, the manufacturer can't even get it right - the two images shown in the Wear & Care page not only appear reversed in order but they show the buckle and dial in two different orientations. Please take some time to create and include meaningful instructions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Was nice for a week until it broke I bought this and it helped quite a bit for about a week and then the plastic cracked on each side so when I crank the dial, the plastic starts to fold and sticks out rather than holding the tension. This wasn't a cheap strap and I'm really disappointed in the quality considering the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Futuro Sport Elbow [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hard plastic had broken in about a month. I am not able to use the product and its been useless. 3M is actually a good reliable brand but this product actually disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from recommended by physical therapist I have used a variety of straps for this issue for over 30 years, and this strap is the most effective strap on the market. Needs to be used correctly, with the bar directly on the tendon that it is protecting. Not too tight...not too loose. Takes some finessing to get it just right for each person. Great product! Thank you!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Design flaw I have bought two of the dial arm braces now and both have broken at the plastic loop by the dial. The plastic material is too thin in the corners and will fail. The dial tention worked good and i liked that just needs to be redesigned

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's just ok... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this strap to support my sprained elbow from tennis but it didn't do much good about it. Firmness, yes but other than that it's just ok...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from At first it was great, but it's falling apart ;( [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year I was diagnosed with Tennis Elbow, I tried some massage, taking it easy, ice, but still had pain doing common things (pouring a drink from a pitcher, lifting anything etc). I decided to try this adjustable elbow support and at first found it very helpful to reduce pain while living a normal life, yet within about a month the sides started to frey, the velcro started to loose it's grip. I can say the adjustable dial is nice though to tighten it up and apply pressure to that one spot that it needs it but I feel it's a bit TOO firm and within 20 mins or so I am fiddling with it adjusting tension and strap length due to discomfort. Overall it wasn't very expensive but I felt it was more disposable vs something I would use daily due to the way it looks I rarely wear it out unless I have a shirt or coat on my arm, i often caught it walking thru doorways and around the house too as I moved i'd catch or hit that dial on something giving instant OUCH! I wish I had bought the strap one with the longer insert vs this dial one but the way this one fell apart I would be hesitant to buy the other one or recommend this one to a friend.
