3M™ Snap™ Bridge Dressing Kit with SecurRing™ Hydrocolloid Skin Barrier is a component of the 3M™ Snap™ Therapy System. This bridge dressing kit includes hydrocolloid dressing (14 cm x 11 cm), a reticulated open-cell foam interface layer (8 cm x 8 cm) and a 3M™ Snap™ SecurRing™ Hydrocollloid Skin Barrier. The built-in bridge includes a fully integrated microport and cut-to-length tubing with integrated one-way check valve. Under the built-in foam bridge, there is a soft pad cushioning to improve patient comfort. The Snap™ SecurRing™ Hydrocollloid Skin Barrier provides fast and easy sealing on uneven skin surfaces and challenging body contours.

Suggested applications
  • Indicated for patients who would benefit from wound management via the application of negative pressure, particularly as the device may promote wound healing through the removal of excess exudate, infectious material, and tissue debris
  • Indicated for removal of small amounts of exudate from chronic, acute, traumatic, sub-acute and dehisced wounds, ulcers (such as diabetic, venous or pressure), surgically closed incisions, flaps and grafts
