3M™ Kerralite Cool™ Moisture Balancing Hydrogel Dressing that dynamically manages fluid and supports autolytic plus osmotic debridment by donating or absorbing fluid as required to encourage wound bed preparation and granulation in dry and low exuding wounds. The dressings provide a cooling sensation to the skin on application, helping to minimise wound pain.

3M™ Kerralite Cool™ Dressings consist of a polyurethane outer film and a Pro-ionic™ gel sheet. The dressings are designed to actively respond to wound conditions by donating or absorbing fluid. This interaction with the wound bed regulates moisture levels and stimulates autolytic and osmotic debridement creating an optimal environment for wound healing.
