SILVERCEL™ Antimicrobial Alginate Dressing

3M™ Silvercel™ Dressing is a sterile, non-woven pad composed of a high G (guluronic acid) alginate, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and silver coated nylon fibres.

The excellent fluid absorption ability and the lasting antimicrobial activity make this dressing the ideal dressing for chronic wounds1,2 with moderate to high levels of exudate.
