3M™ Glass Bubbles S3240-VS are high-strength, low density additives treated with a vinyl silane. Low density combined with a favorable particle size distribution, post cleaning and survivability under demanding processing conditions make them specially formulated for use in low loss copper clad laminates predominately in the electronics market.
