It is designed to provide consistent and reliable bond strength when used with light cure adhesives.

With a fast and easy application technique, 3M™ Transbond™ MIP Moisture Insensitive Primer provides confident ortho bonding over a water- or saliva-contaminated etched tooth surface using just a single coat. Laboratory testing and clinical evaluations using this primer with 3M™ Transbond™ XT Light Cure Adhesive have proven that it offers bond strength in moist environments comparable to conventional adhesive primers in dry environments.
