3M™ LifeASSURE™ EPF Filter Cartridges are compatible with a wide range of chemicals for critical microelectronics applications that require high particle retention and high flow rates with filter ratings of 0.04 and 0.20μm. High flow rates help increase the rate of re-circulation, allowing you to achieve particle counts faster without requiring IPA pre-wetting.
Each filter is integrity-tested and flushed with 18-MegaOhm water before shipment, making LifeASSURE EPF Filter Cartridges suitable for UPW and high purity chemicals.

3M™ LifeASSURE™ EPF Filter Cartridges contain a hydrophilic polyethersulfone (PES) membrane and are available in 10 in. (254 mm), 20 in. (508 mm), 30 in. (762 mm) and 40 in. (1,016 mm) cartridge lengths (nominal) with a maximum operating temperature of 176°F (80°C). The cage, core, end caps and membrane support layer are made of polypropylene to provide excellent compatibility with a wide range of chemicals.
