Isotopically tailored 3M™ 11B Enriched Boron Carbide (11B4C) is manufactured from available enriched boric acid products. It can be produced in many powder variations, with specifically engineered chemical, physical and particle size properties. 3M enriched boron carbide powders, as well as natural boron carbide powders, can be converted into final articles with high densities such as pellets, plates or sputtering targets at our hot pressing facility.
