Festool Compressed Air Orbital Sander LRS 400
A Long Sander for Large Surfaces
Designed for sanding large, flat surfaces the Festool Compressed Air Orbital Sander LRS 400 combines features for power and sustained operator comfort. It weighs just 5 lbs. (2.3 kg), and features a robust compressed air vaned motor that delivers up to 7,000 RPM at 87 PSI (6 bar). This combination results in the perfect weight-to-power ratio for a high material removal rate and a consistent finish. Festool also built in vibration stop balancing, which greatly reduces operator fatigue. The Softgrip rear handle adds comfort and, together with the additional front handle, makes the sander easy to guide for smooth, controlled two-handed sanding. The trigger and the speed control dial are both within easy reach at all times. The sander provides a 3" x 15.7" (80 mm x 400 mm) abrasive face and a 4 mm stroke for consistent material removal and plenty of coverage.

The Festool Compressed Air Orbital Sander LRS 400 sander connects quickly and easily to Festool dust extraction equipment with IAS 3 connecting interfaces. This sander accepts hook and loop sanding pads and abrasives.
