The revolutionary 3M™ Perfect-It™ Denibbing System uses pinpoint microsanding for fast, convenient paint finishing repairs that consistently match OEM finishes. Technicians can reduce repair areas to the size of a quarter, versus sanding and polishing entire painted panels. The system includes a handheld cordless mini-sander and polisher, abrasive stems, liquid polishes, pads and cloths.

Using Microsanding, Small Area Repair for Big Results
Our 3M™ Perfect-It™ Denibbing System is a revolutionary way to remove dirt defects in auto body paint surfaces. With its lightweight, cordless, handheld 3M™ Perfect-It™ Denibbing Tool and abrasive stems, the system uses micro-sanding to eliminate the time and expense of sanding and polishing entire freshly-painted panels even for small repairs. Instead, you precisely remove individual dirt nibs and re-polish the surface. Each repair area is no larger than a U.S. quarter. This small area repair technique also significantly reduces water mess and compound slush, saving cleanup time.

With a built-in battery life indicator, the mini-sander fully recharges in its docking base (also included) within 30 minutes.

Abrasive Stems Minimize Flat Spots
Our Trizact™ abrasive stems in 1000 and 1500 grits snap quickly into the mini-sander for removing nibs and refining sand scratches. The system allows technicians to sand away dirt nibs without sanding the clear coat texture flat — making it fast and easy to create smooth, high gloss finishes that match OEM.

Micro-Polishing in a Single Step
The 3M™ Perfect-It™ Denibbing System also includes a handheld dual-action, air-powered polisher, along with Perfect-it™ Denibbing Polish and 3M Perfect-it™ Ultrafine Machine Polish. You can bring denibbed vehicle surfaces to a high polish with 1-step buffing on most paint systems. Together with the included Ultrafine Foam Polishing Pad, this system ensures virtually no sling, no sticking and no smearing.

The cordless Perfect-it™ Denibbing Tool uses Trizact™ abrasive stems for consistent, pinpoint sanding of dirt nibs and very small repair areas.
