3M™ Betafine™ XL Series Filter Cartridges are single-layer, absolute-rated, polypropylene pleated filter cartridges ideal for food, beverage and industrial applications. The staggered Advanced Pleat Technology (APT) design increases the filter’s usable filtration surface area, enhancing its dirt-holding capacity and service life while reducing flow restrictions and long-term costs.

    3M™ Betafine XL Series Filter Cartridges feature 3M’s Advanced Pleat Technology (APT) design for an extended service life. The staggered pleat configuration is designed to maximize the filter’s useful surface area while maintaining open flow paths between media pleats.

    3M™ Betafine™ XL Series Filter Cartridges are absolute-rated (99.9% efficiency at each respective micron rating) and are available in 9 distinct ratings from 0.2 to 40 um to meet the exacting filtration requirements for the most critical applications.

    100% polypropylene construction.

    3M™ Betafine™ XL Series Filter Cartridges feature 100% polypropylene construction, including upstream and downstream support, to provide chemical and thermal compatibility in many demanding process fluid applications. No resin or binder compounds are used. The filter media is constructed from continuous micro-fibers that provide a uniform matrix and consistent effluent quality.
