3M™ Repulpable Double-Coated High Strength Flying Splice Tape 9977 is a 4.0 mil, high strength, hemp fiber-reinforced tissue, coated on both sides with a blue, high tack, high shear strength, repulpable adhesive. The tape is furnished on a repulpable easy-release kraft liner.

3M™ Repulpable Double-Coated High Strength Flying Splice Tape 9977 features a heavyweight, hemp-reinforced tissue coated on both sides with a blue, high tack, high shear strength, repulpable adhesive. The tape is furnished on a repulpable easy-release liner. The tape meets or exceeds TAPPI UM-213, procedure A, FDA compliant 21 CFR 176.170 (components of paper and paperboard in contact with aqueous and fatty food).
