3M™ Dyneon™ Peroxide Cure Perfluoroelastomer PFE 60 is a technically advanced peroxide-curable perfluoroelastomer, designed to meet the challenges of demanding sealing applications. It offers improved mold flow and knitting over PFE 80Z and PFE 90, making it ideal for molding large parts for Chemical Processing (CPI), Oil and Gas, and Aerospace. It is classified as FFKM per ASTM D1418.

The low viscosity of 3M™ Dyneon Peroxide Cure Perfluoroelastomer PFE 60 makes it ideal for molding large parts for the CPI, Oil and Gas, and Aerospace industries, where broad chemical and thermal stability is required.
Dyneon peroxide cure perfluoroelastomer PFE 60 has a fully fluorinated backbone structure and is designed to meet demanding sealing applications, with an upper use temperature of 220°C (428°F). In addition, Dyneon peroxide cure perfluoroelastomer PFE 60 can be used to adjust Mooney viscosity when using PFE 80Z or PFE 90. This product is packaged in crumb form and is available in 1 kg boxes.
