Our 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE TF 1641 is an exceptional free-flowing compression molding powder for applications such as seals, gaskets, shaped parts, molded cylinders and small/thin walled parts. This versatile product has a relatively large particle size with good electrical and mechanical properties.

Fluorine imparts special properties to fluoropolymers that make the difference for the polymer and the application. Like many of our PTFE products, the presence of fluorine gives Dyneon PTFE TF 1641 broad chemical resistance and an excellent operating temperature range. This PTFE meets ASTM D4894 Type IV, Grade 2.
