3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic Granules FEP 6303Z is used in extrusion and transfer molding for the Chemical Processing Industry (CPI), wire and cable, and general industrial applications. It features exceptionally low dielectric constant and dielectric loss as well as thermal and chemical resistance.

3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic Granules FEP 6303Z has a wide processing window, which makes the product easy to process and suitable for use in demanding applications. Dyneon fluoroplastic granules FEP 6303Z features high temperature resistance and excellent low dielectric constant, making it well-suited for electrical wire and cable coating. Depending on the demands of the application this material may be suitable up to about 200°C (392°F) and has a very high limiting oxygen index (LOI). It is typically selected for applications where a more robust FEP is needed and where processing flexibility and speed are less important selection criteria.
