3M™ Dyneon™ PFA 6503PAZ Fluoroplastic Powder is a preferred fluoroplastic grade for electrostatic powdercoating; it offers excellent non-stick properties as well as corrosion resistance and weldability.

PFA: An Indispensable Problem Solver
PFA -- Perfluoroalkoxy polymer – is an indispensable problem solver. It is used in a broad variety of challenging applications, including harsh industrial environments, architectural elements, and non-stick applications. 3M™ Dyneon™ PFA 6503PAZ Fluoroplastic Powder is the preferred blending grade of fluoroplastics for surface smoothness, weldability, corrosion resistance and excellent non-stick properties.

Dyneon PFA 6503PAZ fluoroplastic powder is a powder-coatable, partially crystalline, fluoroplastic resin powder that is well-suited for plastic powder coating operations. Its engineered particle size distribution makes it suitable for fluidizing and powder spraying, using specialized equipment. It is frequently electrostatically charged during the spraying process to create an intermediate coat (on a grounded part) that is subsequently sintered to form a durable surface. This product is usually used in combination with a binder under layer (primer).
