Our Zeta Plus™ 40Q Series Purifier family of cartridges and discs filter metallic ion contaminants from high purity chemicals such as resins, photoresists, and solvents in a single pass. The purifier contains ion exchange groups bonded within a porous depth media structure, enhancing the surface area and providing metallic contaminant reduction to remarkable single-digit ppb levels.
For laboratory and pilot scale testing, 3M Purification offers low hold-up volume Zeta Plus 40Q series (PDF, 782 Kb) purifier discs (47mm, 90mm, 142mm) and housings to allow end users to assess parameters such as material compatibility, photo-speed, and trace metals reduction in a rapid and cost-effective manner. The compact size allows for easy replacement and installation of purification media while reducing the waste of expensive chemicals.
