The Big Benefits of Small Area Repair
Our
3M™ Perfect-It™ Denibbing System (PDF, 2 Mb) is a revolutionary way to remove dirt defects in auto body paint surfaces. The system uses snap-on abrasive stems and lightweight, cordless microsanding tools which can eliminate the time and expense of sanding and polishing entire freshly-painted panels for small repairs. Instead, you precisely remove individual dirt nibs and re-polish the surface. Each repair area is no larger than a US quarter. This small area repair technique also significantly reduces water mess and compound slush, saving cleanup time.
The Science of Better Paint Finishing from 3M
Our 3M™ Denib Polisher Back-up Pad is a valuable component in our system of micro-sanding and micro-polishing tools, advanced abrasives, pads, cloths and liquid polishes. It's another way that 3M uses solid science to change the way collision repair technicians prepare painted surfaces, and to revolutionize paint shop productivity.
