Specifically Designed for Rotor Surface Conditioning
Featuring 9 premium 120 grit abrasive discs, our 3M™ Roloc™ Brake Rotor Surface Conditioning Disc Starter Pack is designed to create smooth, non-directional scratch patterns on brake rotor surfaces after the brake rotor has been turned on a brake lathe. When used as directed it cuts down the peaks that are left behind after the brake rotor turning process. Properly conditioned rotors help limit comebacks due to squealing, chatter and brake judder. The starter pack also includes a disc pad for support and to adapt to a variety of grinding tools. All components feature fast, easy Roloc™ attachment.

Hard, Tough and Sharp Abrasive Discs
Small but powerful 3"diameter 3M™ Roloc™ discs feature our fastest cutting, longest lasting abrasive, which saves labor costs and improves the quality of your brake repair jobs. Aluminum oxide is popular among professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. Aluminum oxide is suitable for a wide variety of metalworking materials including ferrous alloys. These discs grind and sand faster to improve technician productivity and reduce labor costs, and the consistent finish reduces rework.

Our Roloc™ Attachment System
3M™ Roloc™ discs feature a threaded design that lets you easily and quickly attach them to a disc pad (included with the starter pack) on a variety of grinders and power tools. Conveniently change the discs with a simple twist-off, twist-on motion, swapping from one disc to the next in seconds to save time and labor costs. The Roloc™ system provides a solid and secure attachment even during heavy-duty grinding.

Better Science from 3M
This starter pack is another example of how 3M applies science to the lives of collision repair specialists. Adapt performance abrasive discs specifically designed for surface conditioning of brake rotors to a variety of power tools and change them with a convenient twist-on, twist-off motion — and save time and money on some of the most critical jobs in auto care and collision repair.
