3M™ Petrifilm™ Aqua Yeast and Mold Count Plates are a sample-ready culture medium system which contain nutrients supplemented with antibiotics, a cold-water-soluble gelling agent, and an indicator that facilitates yeast and mold enumeration.

These plates are used for the enumeration of yeast and mold in bottled water industries.
