This fluorescent red-orange pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) film is composed of wide-angle, exposed retroreflective lenses bonded to fabric.

The 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material 8886 Fluoresecent Red orange PSA Film is designed for use on helmets and hard hats. When properly used, reflective material helps enhance wearer visibility at night time or in low light conditions when illuminated by a light source, by reflecting the incident light and focusing it back towards the original source.
