3M thermally conductive acrylic interface pads feature an elastomeric acrylic base that contains almost no siloxane – a compound that can compromise your design. In fact, our acrylic thermal pads contain up to 1,000 times less detectable volatile siloxane content compared to silicone pads. The material is available in a variety of compression/recovery rates for very high wet out on uneven substrates.

Select versions are available with highly durable PET film permanently attached to one side for use in higher-temperature applications.
