Implanted Venous Ports
- Oncology patients are vulnerable—and in the fight against infection, the dressing you choose can matter. Tegaderm™ I.V. Port Dressings are specifically designed for patients with implanted venous ports. It contains a transparent Chlorhexidine Gluconate device which is designed to provide visibility of the needle site and accommodate single and dual ports. The cover dressing has an adhesive-free window, which both minimizes adhesive contact with the Huber needle during dressing removal and with sensitive patient skin.
