    L. Gordon Moore, MD, is the senior medical director of Clinical Strategy and Value-based Care for 3M Health Information Systems. In this role, he bridges the intersections of quality, technology, policy, payment, data, measurement and workflow. Dr. Moore’s interest and work in quality improvement has led him to occupy many roles, including founding board member of a physician-hospital organization; quality officer; faculty member with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement; and a co-leader of quality improvement initiatives with the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, the Washington State Department of Health and managed care organizations.

    Phil Goyeau

    Phil Goyeau is a solutions sales executive for 3M Health Information Systems with over 19 years of experience in health care focusing on quality and hospital operations. He is a subject matter expert in revenue cycle solutions and works with customers to create long-term solutions for developing efficient coding and reimbursement systems, maximizing revenue and improving the quality of health care delivery.
