3M Quality Webinar

Looking back on 2020: What we learned together

Dec. 16 and 17, 2020

It’s been a year for the record books. An unprecedented pandemic stretched our health care workers to their limits and continues to challenge them with how to give the best care to their patients. Along with our frontline workers, the teams behind the scenes have been tasked to keep up with the ever-changing landscape of how to manage quality documentation. Flying the plane as we build it seems like an accurate analogy for 2020!

During our 3M Quality Webinar Series, we hosted industry experts to help you navigate the constant changes of COVID-19, as well as share key insights on quality measures and crucial issues facing CDI departments.

So how do we wrap up a year to remember? With coffee and coco of course! And a special panel session with some of our favorite speakers as they highlight the year. To make this session extra special, we are opening the second half hour as a focus group. Come ready with your quality questions and comments that we will read and discuss live.

So, pour yourself a cup and join us as we wrap up our 2020 3M Quality Webinar Series!

Note: The Dec. 16 session will be a live panel discussion with Q&A. If you are not able to attend this session, we will record it, and you can listen during the Dec. 17 session.
