L Gordon Moore, MD, is the senior medical director of clinical strategy and value-based care for 3M Health Information Systems. In this role he bridges the intersections of quality, technology, policy, payment, data, measurement, and workflow. His interest and work in quality improvement has led to many roles including: founding board member of a physician-hospital organization, quality officer, faculty with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, co-leader of quality improvement initiatives with the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, Washington State Department of Health and managed care organizations.
Jeff Turnipseed, a Senior Consultant with 3M Health Information Systems since 2005, brings a breadth of health care expertise and strategic leadership to all of his clients. He has worked across many payer (commercial, government, multi-payer), employer, and provider clients. Jeff excels at developing and implementing strategies for his clients through the delivery of innovative population health, contracting, and value based care solutions. Jeff has experience implementing payment transformation initiatives, including both 3M™ Enhanced Ambulatory Patient Groups (EAPGs) and 3M ™ All Patient Refined Diagnosis Related Groups (APR DRGs). Jeff also has been a critical leader in the implementation of Accountable Care Organizations for payer and provider clients.
