CDI Innovation Webinar
December 2 & 3, 2020
To succeed under a valued-based reimbursement model, organizations must commit to the same level of focus on and investment in CDI for outpatient and office settings as they do for inpatient acute care settings. To provide quality care and fully capture the patient’s complete medical picture in outpatient settings, multiple stakeholders— clinicians, CDI specialists and coders—need to be able to collaborate fluidly, easily and in real time. Otherwise vital data can be missed.
In this webinar, 3M CDI leaders will review the evolution of CDI and the importance of outpatient CDI, as well as the challenges many organizations face when standing up a formal outpatient CDI program. Attendees will learn about 3M technology and consulting services that can support organizations’ outpatient CDI program.
