    3M Health Record Management (HRM) Software is designed to bring together your clinical, patient and financial data. You can easily select what you need for your data collection and reporting processes, and it’s simple to modify, add or delete data elements as your processes evolve or regulations change.

    The software helps streamline and automate your workflow through interfaces, worklists that drill down to specific records, flexible data entry methods, extensive keystroke shortcuts and user-defined processes.

    • Data management reduces the time it takes to capture patient records, code diagnoses and procedures, and generate coding summaries using specific process workflow.
    • Reporting provides a large library of reports, allows ad hoc reporting and summarizes inpatient encounters from a clinical, financial, or coder productivity perspective; it can also identify areas that need further analysis to help you achieve full, appropriate reimbursement.
    • Scheduling allows you to automatically generate hospital or enterprise-wide reports for all patient health care settings.

    3M HRM helps reduce manual data entry or re-entry and potential quality problems by transmitting data using standard HL7, ASCII fixed or proprietary formats using a batch or automated data transfer protocol. Patient demographic information can be imported in real-time and billing data transmitted automatically using the scheduler. Plus, 3M HRM offers security levels in both the data entry and reporting functions to control user access.
