3M™ M*Modal Fluency Flex

Part of our integrated transcription solutions that deliver greater ease and efficiency to physician workflows, 3M™ M*Modal Fluency Flex is a speech enabled physician document creation module within our 3M™ M*Modal Fluency for Transcription product.

3M Fluency Flex uses 3M cloud-based speech understanding technology to allow document creation even in the absence of physician documentation functionality in the electronic health record (EHR). It also provides flexibility to select the most convenient workflow so physicians can document, review and sign clinical notes across multiple platforms, workflows and devices. It allows physicians to use real time, front-end speech recognition to either self-edit documents or send them to transcription for review and editing. With self-editing, physicians have immediate access to the final report, which you can sign electronically and upload to the facility’s EHR. This real time access to patient information facilitates quick physician communication and collaboration to improve quality of care. By supporting physicians' natural and individual workflows, 3M Fluency Flex allows you to focus on what matters most — patient care.

3M Fluency Flex supports both front-end and back-end speech recognition workflows and has document management capabilities such as print and fax distribution. It offers an easy migration path to speech recognition and the ability to better manage transcription workload.
