We believe strongly that successful adoption and use of technology are only partly due to the technology itself. Dedicated to your success

Our solution advisors are in-house product experts with health information management (HIM) backgrounds. They are “boots on the ground,” working at the elbow with end users as well as collaborating with our product management and development organizations. Solution advisors offer administrative support before and after implementation – helping to design workflows, train physicians and provide guidance on optimizing the solution.
