Putting people over paperwork.
Let’s go.

Time saving documentation solutions for acute care physicians

We’re going where doctors see more faces than screens, clinical documentation is seamless and health care is streamlined. Our solutions use artificial intelligence (AI) to alleviate administrative burden and proactively identify gaps and inconsistencies within clinical documentation. Supporting completeness and accuracy every step of the way, from capture to code, means rework doesn’t end up on the physician’s plate before or even after discharge. That enables you to keep your focus where it needs to be – on the patient right in front of you.

This solution suite was designed to streamline documentation workflows for acute care physicians. If you practice in the ambulatory setting, check out our ambulatory solution suite.

I think out of 3,200 physicians, I think we maybe turned it off for three, and you can't win them all. But I think that's a pretty, in my opinion, that's a success story. I think implementing the tools, the Fluency Direct CDI Engage One and the HCC management, HAC engaged tools, have put patient care at the forefront for the provider, right? So, engaging the physician at the point of care, they can actually ask the patient while they're still in the office, "Hey, how's your depression? Are you still experiencing A, B or C?" And that physician can right there, kind of be more specific as far as the acuity, whether it's acute or chronic or moderate or mild or whatever it might be. So, I think it's put patient care at the forefront. And I think physicians appreciate that about this technology. (DESCRIBED VIDEO) 3M Science Applied to Life logo appears on screen and fades away.
