3M Purple and Blue Mesh
3M Visiting Wizards
3M Visiting Wizards encourages young people, especially from underrepresented communities, to become interested in science and technology and aim to raise interest in STEM. 3M Wizards showcase interesting and fun science demonstrations and hands-on experiments on a variety of topics. These simple experiments can help youth understand how 3M science can impact everyday life.
  • How it works

A typical demonstration works best for up to 30 students in a self-contained classroom, though other events or groups are considered. The teacher or organizer must remain in the classroom with the students during the demonstration.  Demonstrations are intended for children grades K-6.

Requests are filled based on volunteer availability.  Due to wizard availability, demonstrations are limited to the surrounding areas of 3M Center in St. Paul, MN.
