Thread Sealing Tape
Quick, clean, economical sealing of threaded pipe joints is essential to reduce the risk of system contamination and leakage. Made from 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE, unsintered thread sealant tape has the ability to create a seal. It can be used in pressurized water systems, such as central heating systems, air compression equipment, as well as many other applications. 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Fine Powder can be processed into tapes of different colors for identification.

Expansion Joints
The handling of highly corrosive flue gases like humid SO2, SO3, HCl and HF in fossil fuel power plants and waste incineration plants requires corrosion protection of carbon steel parts, especially when temperatures are at or below the dew point.
